Hawaii is One of the Most Expensive Places

Of the 10 states where the average home value adds up to expensive properties, Hawaii is number one. Coldwell Banker says that average listing price of four-bedroom, two-bath houses for sale in Hawaii is $742,551. Compare that to the listing prices for houses for sale in America, where the nationwide average is $292,152--that's quite a difference.
