aphrodisiac recipes, chocolate dessert, pasta

Chocohotopot

Place baking sheet in oven set to 400 degrees. Butter 4 (2/3 to 1 cup size) ramekins. Melt 4 ounces of 60% semisweet chocolate and 1 stick of butter in a microwave. Hand-whisk 2 eggs, ¾ cups sugar and 3 Tbsp flour then beat in the cooled chocolate and butter mixture. Bake for 20 minutes until tops are cracked and chocolate underneath is gooey.
