The avocado, healthful and delicious, works it's magic when you put it on anything from pizza to paella. Take it on a picnic whole or mashed into a guacamole (squeeze with lemon and seal tightly to prevent discoloration). And feel your worries melt away when you slather it on as a face masque. Fried bacon on avocado! How decadent can you get (fried butter, anyone?)?
Prepare this state-fair treat by first dipping bacon in an egg and/or milk mixture, then dredging with flour, similar to the way you would make fried chicken. Deep fry the coated bacon, then crisp in the oven for around 7 minutes. Break pieces of the bacon over chunks of avocado.
