Bo: White House Christmas Decorations and Displays of First Dog, Bo

Bo was a highlight of my preview of the 2011 White House Christmas decorations. I also loved seeing Michelle Obama warmly welcome military families, the first of some 85,000 visitors to the White House this Christmas season. Join my tour of the inventive ways Bo appears, using everyday materials, as well some of the 37 Christmas trees on the visitor tour route, including 7 made from paper, felt or aluminum. And a great way to make a simple ornament from the White House pastry chefs.

Bo at White House in Christmas Splendor: Pom-Pom Bo

Pom-pom Bo stands by an east entrance to the White House, wearing specs as though he were checking out visitors to the roost that he rules.
