Chinese New Year Recipes: Sesame Seed Candy

Toast 1 cup sesame seeds over medium heat until they begin to pop.  In a wok, over medium-low heat, melt 1 cup sugar. Stir until it becomes a syrup. Add sesame seeds and mix well. Pour into muffin tins and allow to sit for 10 minutes until solidified.
