Picnic: Spinach and Mushroom Salad Recipe

Saute sliced mushrooms in sesame oil, adding a dash of soy sauce. Wrap in foil and take along with raw washed spinach to your picnic for this spinach and mushroom salad recipe. At the picnic, arrange the spinach on each plate and add a generous portion of mushrooms on top.
