For a political Halloween costume, you need look no further than the Occupy Wall Street demonstration. I took this picture in New York on a raw, rainy afternoon. This guy was wearing a barrel that said Poorman's Nation and flip flops. Add punch to your costume, by picking up a copy of the Occupied Wall Street Journal to carry.
