Travel Food: Breakfast on the Go

Travel food often begins with breakfast on the way to the train station or airport. I pour my daily breakfast of raw oats, almonds and milk into a plastic cup and place it in the freezer. Aftert 10 minutes or so, it begins to solidify. I grab a spoon and a banana on my way out the door and enjoy this in the taxi or at red lights if I'm driving.
