Beatty Bening Celebrity Home: The Owners

People Magazine just featured power celebrity couple Warren Beatty and Annette Bening because they are celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. Now it seems that their gift to themselves is selling one of their two Beverly Hills homes. Their celebrity home has been on the rental market for more than a year, according to the Real Estalker blog, with no one signing a lease. The asking price? $6,995,000.

Stunningly beautiful property but with a $6,995,000 price tag, I'm sure the rental rate would be unfathomable to most people. And those with the ability to afford astronomical rent, have the ability to secure financing to buy the property because it can be sold on a whim - almost always at a profit.
